You may want to increase or decrease the amount of spices you use
1 Small jar of McCormick "Grill
Mates Spicy Montreal Steak Seasoning"
1 Medium Onion (sliced vertically)
1 Medium Green Bell Pepper (sliced vertically)
1 Medium Red or Yellow Bell Pepper (sliced vertically)
4 Large Cloves of Fresh Garlic (chopped)
1/2 Cup Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
Sour cream (if desired)
1 1/2 -2 Pounds Beef and/or Chicken (sliced into strips)
1 Avocado (sliced)
Sprinkle seasoning over meat until evenly
coated. Grill Beef until about medium or medium well. Take of grill and set
aside. Over medium heat warm about 1 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
in a non-stick skillet. Brown some of the garlic in the olive oil along with some of the peppers and onions. When the veggies are getting a little soft add some meat and stir the meat and veggies until
the meat is well done. Toss some cilantro in as the meat is finishing cooking. Serve Hot!
