Salsa Dip

This easy no cook recipe will allow you to prepare a great tasting salsa at a moment's notice.  Impress unexpected guest.

3  10 Oz. Cans Ro-Tel Original Diced Tomatoes& chilies
    (Well Drained)
1  10 Oz. Can Ro-Tel Extra-Hot Diced Tomatoes & Chilies
1  Large Clove Garlic
2  Whole Pickled Jalapeno Peppers
1  Medium Onion (cut into quarters)
1/4 Cup Cilantro leaves 

Place all ingredients into food processor and blend to desired texture. Add salt & pepper to taste.

This salsa can be eaten immediately after preparing. However, if refrigerated overnight, salsa will gain heat and flavor.

This is a great substitute for tomatoes in chili recipes. If you don’t appreciate the heat, have sour cream nearby to cool the mouth.
As always, beer cools the mouth the best!
