1½ To 2 Lbs. Smoked Sausage, Kielbasa, or Andouille
1 - 5oz Can Hormel Chunk Ham
2 - 15oz. Can New Orleans Style Kidney Beans
3 Cups Water
1 Tsp. Onion Powder
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
½ Tsp. Tabasco Sauce
1 Bay Leaf
Slice sausage into ¼" slices and brown in a skillet over medium high heat. Add kidney beans and stir until well mixed. Add water and all other ingredients. Heat until mixture boils and continue to boil for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir often.
Reduce heat to medium low and cover loosely. Cook for 45 minutes to an hour stirring occasionally.
Serve over steamed rice. Serving suggestion: have plenty of Cajun seasoning and Tabasco sauce on hand so your guests can season theirs to taste.
