Mini Herb & Cheese Biscuits
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Cup Blush Wine
1/3 Cup Whipping Cream
1/2 Cup Fresh Finely Grated Parmesan
1/2 Tsp. Fresh Thyme Leaves
1/2 Tsp. Minced Oregano Leaves

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Cut margarine into flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs. Stir cheese and herbs into the flour mixture with a fork. In a medium bowl whisk egg until beaten, continue whisking and add wine and cream. Gradually add the egg mixture to the flour mixture until all ingredients are moistened and incorporated. Roll or pat onto a hard flour surface to ¼" thickness. Cut with small cookie cutters, bake on an ungreased cookie pan @ 400 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes. Allow to cool. Serve as a snack cracker or with appetizers.
