½ " Salmon Steaks
Sprinkle spice over both sides of the salmon steaks. Then squeeze juice of ½ lemon over each steak (both sides). Then sprinkle them with fresh ground black pepper, top only. Set aside.
Melt butter over low heat. When butter has melted squeeze juice of 1 whole lemon into the butter. Turn heat up to medium and when mixture starts to simmer add salmon steaks. Cook salmon steaks over medium to medium-high heat about 5 to 6 minutes on each side. When turning sprinkle more ground pepper and lemon juice.
Serve with homemade tarter sauce. (Recipe follows)
1 Cup Mayonnaise
Mix all ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate several hours prior to serving.
