Pan Grilled Salmon

" Salmon Steaks
2 Tbs. Butter
1 Lemon For Every 2 Steaks
Spice Mix:
Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
Tsp. Ground White Pepper
Tsp. Paprika
Tsp. Garlic Powder
Combine All Spices And Mix Well.

Sprinkle spice over both sides of the salmon steaks. Then squeeze juice of lemon over each steak (both sides). Then sprinkle them with fresh ground black pepper, top only. Set aside.

Melt butter over low heat. When butter has melted squeeze juice of 1 whole lemon into the butter. Turn heat up to medium and when mixture starts to simmer add salmon steaks. Cook salmon steaks over medium to medium-high heat about 5 to 6 minutes on each side. When turning sprinkle more ground pepper and lemon juice.

Serve with homemade tarter sauce. (Recipe follows)

Tartar Sauce

1 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tbs. Sweet Pickle Relish
Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Juice Of Lemon

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate several hours prior to serving.
