Garden Salad

1/4 Cup Sliced Carrots
1     Medium Cucumber 
       (washed and sliced with skin)
1/4 Cup sliced radishes
1/4 Cup shredded Mild Cheddar
       (or other variety of cheese)
2     Medium Tomatoes
       (cut into wedges)
1     Bunch green Onion
      (cleaned and cut into florets)
6    Slices of bacon (fully cooked)
1    Cup torn Spinach leaves
1    Large head of Iceberg lettuce

Toss greens together in a large salad bowl. Add veggies and toss lightly once more. Top with cheese.   Serve Green Onion Florets and dressing on the side.
