Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature. Combine all ingredients, except oil, mix until all are well blended. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
Stuff won tons by placing 1 teaspoon of filling in the center, then pinch all 4 sides together to form a star.
Note: do not pinch corners together, center may swell and fill with oil.

Preheat oil to about 350 degrees and deep fry 6 to 8 at one time. Allow cooling slightly before enjoying.
