Buffalo Wings


You may want to increase or decrease the heat in this buffalo sauce.

2 Sticks of Margarine Melted
2 - 3 6oz. Bottles Crystal or Durkee Hot Sauce
1 Tbs. Crushed Red Pepper
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder.
1/8 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper

Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Add hot sauce, garlic powder, crushed red pepper and cayenne. Heat thoroughly stirring occasionally. Try not to breathe vapors.

Prepare chicken wings in deep fryer or on grill. Place wing into buffalo sauce and allow to swim for 5 to 6 minutes.
After swimming in sauce wings are ready to eat or may be placed back onto grill to braise the sauce in.
