Blue Cheese Dip

Cup Dairy Sour Cream
Cup Mayonnaise
Cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
1   Tbs. Finely Chopped Parsley
1   Tbs. Finely Chopped Green Onions (Optional)
Fresh Ground Pepper (Optional)

Blend mayonnaise and sour cream. Add parsley, onions and garlic. Stir until well blended. Fold in the crumbled blue cheese. Refrigerate for several hours prior to serving

You may want to increase or decrease the amount of blue cheese you use, depending on how thick you like it.
